Tom Sandoval Granted Temporary Restraining Orders Following Alleged Domestic Incident

Reality television personality Tom Sandoval has received temporary restraining orders against his girlfriend, Victoria Robinson, and her father, Will Robinson, after an alleged violent altercation at his Los Angeles residence. According to newly released court documents, both Victoria and her father have been ordered to immediately vacate the property while legal proceedings continue.

Court Orders Robinson and Her Father to Leave Sandoval’s Home

Court records indicate that Victoria Robinson and her father must move out of Sandoval’s home immediately, taking only their personal belongings until the next court hearing. The temporary restraining orders also require both individuals to remain at least 100 yards away from Sandoval, his residence, workplace, and vehicle. They are additionally prohibited from possessing firearms while the orders remain in effect.

Alleged June 3 Incident Led to Legal Action

The legal filings stem from an incident that allegedly occurred on June 3 after an evening involving alcohol.

According to Sandoval’s court declaration, an argument escalated between him and Victoria Robinson’s father. Sandoval alleges that Will Robinson damaged part of the home by punching a hole in a bedroom wall or door while Sandoval had locked himself inside for protection. He further claims that Victoria Robinson later entered the room and struck him, resulting in injuries to his head, neck, and ear.

Sandoval alleges the blow caused blurred vision and left him with bruising and bleeding, prompting him to seek medical evaluation at a hospital after experiencing persistent pain. These allegations have been presented in court filings and have not yet been proven in court.

Victoria Robinson Was Previously Arrested

Following the reported altercation, Victoria Robinson was arrested on allegations related to intimate partner battery. Authorities later released her on bond the same day.

Court records also indicate that she was served with legal paperwork connected to the restraining order proceedings. Her legal case remains ongoing, and no final determination has been made regarding the allegations.

Sandoval also states in legal documents that despite paying for the rental property, he has been unable to return home since the June incident because Victoria Robinson and her father allegedly continued living there.

According to the filings, he has instead been staying in hotels and with friends while seeking court protection. Sandoval told the court he feared for his safety and requested immediate relief so he could regain access to his residence and belongings.

Tom Sandoval and Victoria Robinson began dating in 2024 following Sandoval’s highly publicized breakup with longtime partner Ariana Madix.

Their relationship has experienced several public controversies. In late 2024, Robinson briefly suggested on social media that Sandoval had been unfaithful before later retracting the accusation and apologizing, stating that she had misunderstood the situation.

Despite those earlier issues, the couple remained together until the recent legal dispute.
